Pick-up & Drop-Off Locations

Powder House offers convenient pick‑up and drop‑off across five South Lake Tahoe rental locations, making it easy for your group to grab gear wherever you’re staying. And for even more flexibility, guests can return their Powder House rental equipment at Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort every Sunday during the winter season — a perfect way to beat the traffic back to Sacramento or the Bay Area. Enjoy a full day on the mountain at Sierra without worrying about driving back into town to return your gear. This added drop-off option is completely free, giving you more time on the slopes and a smoother trip home.

My feet are difficult to fit: low volume, one foot pronates, the other heel lifts, so I’m constantly fighting the boots on the slopes. I brought my new snowboard boots in for custom insoles and boot work. Bobby was outstanding. He took his time, was patient, and applied all of his skills to tweak every nuance. This review is for the Boot fitting shop inside, aka Boot Banditos. I mean these Banditos are fantastico!!! First time I actually started to enjoy and love my new ski boots. Evan was amazing, truly turned a foot hurting boot into a pleasure . These Banditos know their trade, take their time to get it right. Pain gone=happy feet=priceless. In addition to the New Skis and Ski Boots we sell at the Pro Snow location we also sell Used Demo Skis with Bindings, New Skis from Previous Seasons and Used Snowboards. These options are a great way to Save Money on Ski and Snowboard Equipment!

  • 1. New Skis from Previous Seasons

    New Skis from Previous Seasons are completely unused skis that have never been mounted with bindings. These Skis are just one to a couple of seasons old and possess many of the same modern technologies and innovations that have revolutionized the industry over the past 10 years. If you haven’t purchased new skis in a while, this is a great option to save big!

  • 2. Used Demo Skis with Bindings

    Used Demo Skis with Bindings are still in great condition and include Bindings which can be easily adjusted to different Boot Sole Lengths with help from a certified technician. When purchased and picked up from the store directly, we will include this binding adjustment free of charge when you bring the appropriate Ski Boot.

  • 3. Used Snowboards

    Used Snowboards are just the decks but are in great shape and a great option to expand your quiver or make an economical upgrade. These slightly used options are great for anyone progressing and who want to challenge themselves with more advanced gear.

  • 4.Shipping & Pickup

    Shipping is available for a flat rate fee of $100.00 (Continental U.S. only). Equipment can also be scheduled for in-store pickup at no additional charge at the Powder House main store.

  • 5. Availability

    Please allow up to 24 hours for the product to be confirmed in stock. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
